The tram stop is right outside of the hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to Westbahnhof train station. Friendly staff and clean room.

The location is convenient. It's not so close to the centre, but it is next to the one of the main shopping street. There are two metro stations, tramway stops and railway station. If you you want you could reach the St. Stephen's Cathedral only by walk for about 45 minutes. You will walk through a nice boulevard Mariahhilfer seeing a lot of interesting sightseeings. There is a very nice view of the city if you select a high floor room.

This hotel is nice and located in a very beautiful area of Vienna. It is near tram and metro stations, close to Mariahilfer Strasse, with all its shops, we enjoyed walking around property. The staff was really nice, kind and polite, very friendly. The room was small, but clean, with basic toiletries. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is very, very tasty, with a lot of food types to choose from. We also like the hotel restaurant, with a few, but tasty options of food and drinks in the evening at a good price.

Good location, near the center. The tram line is right in front of the hotel. Take nr 6 or 18 two stops and then switch to 49 for 6 more stops and you are right in the Inner City. In the heart of Vienna. Staff are friendly and always at your disposal. The rooms are nice, clean, kind of small. The hop on hop off station is right in front of the hotel. The blue line We had a great view from room 811 Good restaurant.. Shops are right around the corner, 3 minutes waking distance

Good location next to tram stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic but clean, I found the beds to be quite decent - air conditioning was a huge plus. Overall I’m very pleased.

The location was great, the hotel locates in front of the tram station no 6 and 18, 10 min walk to the west train station. Even it was not in the middle of city but still convenience to travel to every place. Room was clean and value for money. You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out and it's safe.

This hotel is very close to the West train station and to the large shopping street Mariahilfer, close to the metro station, also busses and tram stations nearby, or the bus for the airport. About the room, it was large enough for our family of 3. The best surprise was the included chromecast such allowed us to watch our favorite movies and series on the TV in the room. Breakfast had a large variety of products, good quality, everything fresh and tasty. We also used the restaurant in the evening and I highly recommend it.
